Enjoy your stay at our peaceful, cozy, and funky home! Our 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home is equipped with one king and one queen bed, with the master bedroom having its own private half bath.
The Nonagon, a nine-sided structure, reflects the unique vibe that is Asheville. Our home was designed with your comfort in mind, and with each room decorated with art reflecting the local culture, you'll feel right at home in Asheville from the moment you step inside.

The bedrooms are warm and inviting, and you'll be amazed by the comfortable mattresses. Cooking is a breeze in our fully equipped and clearly labeled kitchen, and breakfast is on us with local coffee from Dynamite Roasting Company and our yummy waffle bar. Enjoy!! Upon request, we can also provide local beverages, firewood, or a S'mores kit for a fee.
Need to get a little work done during your stay? No problem! We've got you covered with high speed internet and a desk area in the master bedroom. The Nonagon is conveniently located in South Asheville close to Lake Julian, and is a quick 8 minute drive from the Asheville Regional Airport. Downtown Asheville and the Biltmore Estates are only 11 miles away, and The Blue Ridge Parkway can be easily accessed as well. Take advantage of our close proximity to Lake Julian, which offers fishing, walking trails, disc golf, and paddle boat rentals.
Coming for adventure? Float the French Broad River with Beer City Tubing, located a quick 1 mile away. Or, check out The Riveter, which is only 4 miles away and boasts an indoor climbing gym, a bike park, and a yoga studio.

This property is fantastic! We loved the layout of the house; which gave us plenty of room. The host paid great attention to the details - they provided absolutely every amenity we could’ve wanted or needed (really loved the coffee selection, the waffle maker and the pumpkin vanilla hand soap). The beds were so comfortable and the bath towels were so fluffy. We really loved the extra game room area and on our two rainy days we played pool and shot darts, which was great fun! Best of all, this property was close to everything… restaurants, breweries, grocery stores and of course, our family. Kudos to the hosts; they really care about their customers and understand what excellent hospitality is all about. We will definitely stay here again on our future visits.

Our stay at the Nonagon was fantastic! It's a quaint house with all of the necessary amenities that is private and secluded. The location is close to Asheville, the Blue Ridge Parkway, breweries, and other sightseeing -- we got around easily and had a great home base to come back to. It's the cleanest and most organized rental we've ever stayed in -- all of the cabinets are labeled with their contents. It's obvious a lot of time and attention went into making the space nice and full of special touches. We grilled out, roasted s'mores in the fire pit, and played lots of pool in the very cool game room! John and Heather are accommodating, responsive, and thoughtful hosts. They've created a sweet little vacation spot. We can't wait to go back!
