The unit also provides 1 garage parking space and 2 dedicated parking space behind the townhome. Located in South Asheville, drivable to shopping, restaurants, breweries, galleries, and live music venues. The Biltmore Park and the Blue Ridge Parkway are also just a short drive away.
This unit is pet friendly. There will be a $75 non-refundable pet fee. This will not be included in your payment. Guests will need to contact Towns Property Management, Inc. to provide a credit card for this fee. If Towns Property Management, Inc. has not received this payment prior to check-in, they reserve the right to cancel the reservation and no refund will be issued to the guest.

This place was very comfortable. Since it was a downstairs/upstairs unit with a 2nd den downstairs it was great to seperate from family at times and watch TV or just visit and sleep! It was dog friendly and they loved running in the woods. The only downfall was no fenced in yard. The owners were always available with answers to any questions. Thank you!

Clean and lots of space. Hot tub was very nice with a fairly private view of trees. Might have been over chlorinated, because my skin got irritated. Very quiet with a variety of businesses in easy reach. Amenities were pretty generic. They provided a little courtesy bag with coffee filters, dish soap, etc. No personal touches but it was exactly as advertised.

The unit was spacious and lovely with 3 comfortable beds and two living areas. We saw a large black bear ambling up the hill next to us! The view and location were amazing as was the hot tub. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions.

Spacious with three king size bedrooms. Needs some attention to repairs. Table was too wobbly to use. Kitchen cabinets are in need of repair, the electrical outlets in both bathrooms did not work for the hair dryer, but management was willing to repair. Sparsely stocked for our one month stay. We had to buy supplies like laundry detergent, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper and other other items that were one use supplied. We did not use the hot tub. Upon first entering on the first day, we found the floor had not been prepared for guests. The floor ducts blow gritty sand and dust particles that settle on the floor. Broom but no mop. No toilet bowl cleaner.
