An ideal location since it is in the heart of Chamonix in a very quiet cul-de-sac and close to all amenities: ski slopes (Savoy/Brevent) and ski schools/guides' house 150 meters away, bus 50 meters away, access to the pedestrian street at the foot of the building, and therefore to all the shops (supermarket, bakery, bar, restaurants, wine cellar, shops, ski rental, nightclubs, etc.)
The apartment, each room of which is air-conditioned, consists of a very large living room/kitchen/dining room of 45m2, a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), upstairs a dormitory with three single beds (90x200), ideal for a family with children, a large shower room with WC, and another independent WC.
Access to the foot of the building is authorized for unloading luggage.
The apartment is fully equipped: air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, oven/microwave, induction hob, large fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, 55' TV ', Bluetooth speaker, Dyson vacuum cleaner, raclette machine, drying rack, etc.
