Beautifully decorated and recently remodeled beach house with 5 bedrooms, 2 baths, a finished basement with ping pong, and a perfect back yard and bluestone patio for relaxing or hosting!
Quick walk to both Surf Dr. Beach and Main St where you will find a variety of shops, stores and restaurants. This is the perfect place for a family getting away or a girls weekend! King and queen bedrooms on the1st floor. Second floor features a master bedroom with another king and two bedrooms with twins for more guests!
The house was remodeled with new siding, outdoor shower, windows, trim, etc. There is a nice backyard, large bluestone patio and fire pit. In addition, there is a shed full of bicycles, yard games and all your beach needs including beach chairs, toys and umbrellas.
You'll find everything you need whether you are looking for a relaxing vacation or one packed full of family action and fun!

We had the most amazing getaway this past week to close out our summer. In the most perfect location to accompany everyones interests. Whether a beautiful beach day, or an overcast afternoon walking the shops or a ride on the bike trail, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The cleanliness level of the property, as well as the timely manner of the house owner's response to any questions we had was proof that they care very much about their property and all who stay here.
We cannot wait to rent again in the coming months, as well as next summer!

We had a great time and loved the location. Walk to the beach and downtown Falmouth.
Although the beach is rocky it was convenient
however, there are better beaches driving distance
4 twin beds are actually 2 twin beds with trundle mattress on the floor. Sheets need upgrading plenty of towels
AC is window units
Owner's answers texts in a timely manner
Great neighborhood
kids loved the basketball net in the driveway and the ping pong table in the basement and the bikes came in handy.
We had a great family reunion.

We had a great stay at the house! Everything was clean, updated, lots of recent remodeling and tastefully decorated! It was SO nice being able to walk to the beach and walk downtown to eat, shop, etc. Plenty of bikes in the shed for a quick ride to Woods Hole, too. It definitely exceeded our expectations and having two, large first floors bedrooms was really nice. It's a perfect family-friendly spot and would definitely book here again in the future.
