About this house rental
This is a 3 bedroom + den, 3.5 bathroom, two level, property with a 2 car garage located in Snowcreek Phase 7. It has a maximum occupancy of 8, which includes children of all ages. TOML-CPAN-11033.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT ALLOW PETS. A $700 CHARGE WILL BE ADDED IF GUESTS ARE FOUND TO HAVE PETS IN THE PROPERTY.
From the driveway walk your building's pathway, then up a set of exterior steps to the front door. Use your access code to enter through the front door to the landing. You can either walk down a set of steps to the ground level or up a set of steps to the main level.
Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized linen, towels and owner provided bedding.

Highly recommend this rental. It was very spacious and clean. Really loved having a second living room with the foosball table. They have snowboard racks in the garage which made life really easy. The only complaint I have is that the heater vents in the bedroom upstairs wasn't working so the room was very cold.
