We had reserve for three nights pre-paid, we left after two nights, our lost. No hot water when arrived and when left. Guess was not notify about “no hot water” ahead of time or when left. We had to find the issues and update to each others. It is not the staff issue but a management issue.

The hotel has everything you could ask for from a budget hotel. A beautiful indoor spa, small fitness center, pool table and lounge area, plus spacious and clean rooms. It is also on the bus line to the ski resort and near plenty of restaurants

First time back to MCI in more than a decade, it aged more than I aged. Room was clean but small. Nice beddings. Low pressure shower. Creaking noise everywhere. Walls must be thin.
