This two bedroom, two bathroom condo sleeps up to six guests. The master bedroom features a cozy, king size bed and opens up to your private gulf-front balcony. A comfy, queen size bed in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the expansive living room means the whole family can unwind after a day spent playing in the waves. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals.

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 plus applicable taxes and include up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

The check in/ out process is great. We did not have any issues that required attention so I cant speak on how that would have been handled if we had. The room was clean and pretty much what I expected for quick turnovers. The baseboards by the counter had something splattered on them. Thats really the only thing and I didnt contact management about it. So overall a good and clean place to stay.

Overall okay. Owner should replace worn coach and chair. Turn mattress or replace. corner wall thingy near fridge was laying on floor when entering condo. no screws found, however. Food over-priced but acceptable quality.
