Check out this COMPLETELY RENOVATED 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo that sleeps up to 6 guests. FIRST TIME EVER ON THE VACATION RENTAL PROGRAM as of Sep 2022! Boardwalk Unit 1509 has been upgraded with a classy coastal décor and has BRAND NEW FURNISHINGS in every room, including new flooring and freshly painted throughout. Every single item in the new kitchen cabinets and drawers is BRAND NEW. The fully equipped kitchen (including a Keurig coffeemaker) has brand new stainless steel appliances and new quartz countertops. USB ports are conveniently located throughout the condo. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, large 43" flat screen 4K LED smart TV, and fantastic wall to wall, floor to ceiling window views of the beach, with access to the balcony to watch the BREATHTAKING SUNSETS. Enjoy a luxurious spa-like experience in the COMPLETELY REMODELED primary bathroom which has a very large walk-in rain shower with bench seating, and a separate tub (under a romantic chandelier) in the back of the bathroom. This unit is exactly as advertised. It has the most amazing views, super clean and safe. It has everything you need. Absolutely LOVE The Security Team! They are so nice and professional. For Mother’s Day they wrote it in the sand so when you pulled the blinds in the morning it made my Mom’s Mother’s Day even better! So many wonderful memories made on this trip.

The condo had the best view! I loved that the pool had security to keep kids & adults from being too wild and jumping (pool is 5 ft deep). They were nice security people just wanting to make sure you are a guest of the condos and that you are safe. You can take a cooler down to the pool area which is nice. I needed more pool passes for my nieces and nephews who live in PCB and it wasn't a big deal to ask. The place was super clean. Had games we could play (monopoly and Uno).

No pool toys rule made the experience not fun kids did not enjoy the pool and guest were allowed to walk around in tongs in front of a pool full of kids. I probably won’t come back
