About this house rental
Welcome to Liv 4 Summer! You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located, beautiful home. Guest access to oceanfront Village Beach Club(0.7 mls away) which includes parking, private beach access, two pools, restaurant and bar. Play a round of golf along the water, relax in the hot tub, fish or crab in the sound, or take a bike ride for some freshly made donuts! You can easily entertain everyone in the family from all ages with the close activities in Nags Head, Manteo, and Kill Devil Hills.
Our home is tucked behind the best shopping section of OBX (to include Duck Donuts, The Cottage Shop, Homegoods, Ulta and Fresh Market) All within five minute walking distance! New Quartz countertops, flooring in Living Room, brand new bed linens and comforters. Every year we update something in this space for our guests. Outside area includes charcoal grill and fish cleaning table.
Guest access includes private driveway which can fit four cars; underneath the house for beach storage, two deck areas of the home,

Liv4summer2 is one of our favorite places. (Family of 5 with room to host even more). The professional staging, designing & setup is a true beach paradise. It is setup for each person in our family perfectly to enjoy. I wish it was my everyday home. Everything exceeded expectations. We will be booking again 100%.

The property is mostly as advertised and was perfect for a family of four. The access to the pool club along with the community pier were great amenities that come with the property.

Our kids loved this house, and the location is pretty nice. One thing we would ask of the hosts would be to consider a railing on the front steps, as my elderly parents had difficulty traversing the stairs when coming and going.
Bunk beds are great for the kids, secondary bedroom was a cute theme but the bed was kind of hard.
Would consider staying here again, dependent on the health of my parents and ability to climb stairs.
