The reverse floor plan provides the top level great room with vaulted ceilings and a horizon ocean view. The other three bedrooms are located on the mid-level, and a media room downstairs serves as an additional common space with direct access to the private saltwater pool. After a day at the beach or exploring Nags Head, gather the family for Movie Night using the BenQ-Projector and 95-inch screen. The ground level also provides all the conveniences you'll need for fun and relaxation by the pool, including a kitchenette with full-size refrigerator and microwave for drinks and snacks, along with access to a half bath.

Use the pedestrian crosswalk at Seachase Drive to safely make your way over to the Town Hall public beach access, just a six-minute walk away. Half a mile in the opposite direction you'll find a sound access perfect for launching kayaks or watching the sunset from the pier. You'll also be within walking distance to the Outer Banks Mall, where you can browse an array of shopping and casual dining options, including two grocery stores.
