La Favorite is ideally located in the seaside district of Mers-les-Bains, 2 minutes walk from the beach, in the street parallel to that of the esplanade.
This 50m2 apartment can accommodate a family with 2 adults and 2 children. It is bright thanks to its 3 large French windows that open onto balconies.
The beach, food shops, restaurants, train station and swimming pool are within walking distance.

The La Favorite apartment is located on the 3rd and last floor of a Mersoise villa of the same name. It is the second home of a family with 2 children, the decoration combines antique objects, period furniture and more recent pieces.
It consists of a living area with 2 sofas, a TV and a balcony.
The corridor leads to a first bedroom, the children's bedroom, which has a bunk bed and also a balcony. Toys are available.
Right next to it is the second bedroom which is the master bedroom with a 140x190cm bed. It also has a balcony that offers a view of the rooftops and a part of the cliff.
The bathroom, which is located in front of the bedrooms, is equipped with a toilet, a bathtub and a sink.
The small kitchen has a dishwasher, a small fridge, a hob, a microwave oven, a Nespresso coffee machine. You will also find a table with 3 chairs and a stool.
A pleasant and well-located cocoon for a successful family stay by the sea!
Sheets and towels are provided. If you book for 2 people and do not wish to sleep in the same bed, please ask me (an extra charge will be requested because only the double bed will be prepared for a reservation for 2).
A person will be present to welcome you and show you the apartment.
The location is central, less than 10 minutes walk away you will find food shops (fishmonger, butcher's, bakery and small supermarket).
The train station is 5 minutes walk away (arrivals and departures of trains to Paris), Le Tréport is 15m walk, Eu 5 minutes by car and the Bay of Somme which starts in Ault, 10 minutes by car.
Parking is free on the street in the off-season. Free year-round parking is available 10 minutes walk away: La Galiote.
Linen (sheets, towels, bath mats and dish towels) as well as end-of-stay cleaning are included in the rental price.
