The apartment - 2nd floor - is in a perfect position overlooking the sea. It is fairly well equipped although the kitchen area is quite compact. The stairs are quite steep & winding, not a problem for ourselves but could be a problem for older guests, especially upon arrival with luggage.
The only slight issue we had was that the description states "linen included", however there were no towels, tea towels or bed linen supplied.
Mers-les-Bains is a beautiful resort which we would highly recommend.
