This centrally located condo offers ocean and street views that features one luxurious king bedroom and an ocean blue queen bedroom. The unit includes a full kitchen with a dishwasher, breakfast bar, flat-screen TVs with Netflix, Spectrum Wi-Fi, and all necessary linens and towels for a comfortable stay on the Maine coast. You can also enjoy people watching from the cozy deck located off of the kitchen.
Situated on the 3rd floor and accessible by elevator, this unit includes one off-street parking space located across the street behind Molly O's Restaurant, a fantastic spot for breakfast or lunch, and an additional parking spot on Ridge Road just down the road!

We had an amazing stay in this condo next to short sands. It was perfect weather and we loved being downtown and just steps from the beach. The condo was adorable and had everything we needed. Will definitely rent again!
