We were very happy with our stay here! The location was great- walking distance to shopping, restaurants and morning walks. We traveled the island and think this is the best location due to accessibility. The pictures are an accurate display of the condo! 3rd floor overlooking the pool and spacious. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Wow! This rental was perfect for our stay in Kailua-kona. The location is so ideal for access to do many great places to eat and drink. We drove very little. No need to pay for parking. Cona vacations was very good at making sure we were doing well and we're very knowledgeable of places to check out. Super impressed! The condo was very comfortable and the private linai was a plus! We are really hoping to stay here again! Thanks Chris from Kona vacation for taking such good care of us.

Air conditioners worked perfectly. Parking and accessibility to apartment were close and easy. Area was peaceful and quiet.

Lacking adequate towels and quality of towels. 4 people only had 1 bath towel, 1 wash cloth per person, and had to share a hand towel (1 hand towel for 2 people). And only 2 pool towels for 4 people. Should have had at least 4 pool towels.Towel ring was broken in one bathroom when we arrived and not a single towel bar or any where else to hang a towel except a small hook on the back of bathroom door. Ceiling fan didn't work in one bedroom. BOTH the towel ring and fan the host said they would come and fix ASAP, and they never fixed in the 6 days we stayed.Plus the frig was leaking water on the floor and that was never addressed either.
