Kona Pacific E629: Beautifully Remodeled condo!

We stayed here over Ironman World Champs. It was a good price for the time considering the demand over that week. The aircon units look small but they are powerful. We actually got a bit too cold at times and there wasn’t a day under 31°. We had a small store to get basics a very short walk away and plenty of restaurants in short walking distance. Our favourites (Huggos & Acai Co) was literally across the road. The apartment is spacious. My husband and I stayed there with our 2 teenage children and we didn’t feel cramped. The bathrooms are large and there is a good supply of basics that got us through our entire 6 day stay. We loved that there were 2 TVs so we could watch our own shows while the kids watched theirs. The large elevator allowed us easy access to the 3rd floor with all our luggage and my bicycle. Check-in was really straightforward. The appliances were very new and good quality. Beach access was very close-by.

The water pressure in the main en suite is not great but this is a beautifully renovated condo in an old apartment block so it may just be an old building problem. It was still manageable and not a major issue.
