NEW TO VACATION RENTALS 2024! You'll be impressed when walking in this the awesome beverage bar and wood stove/fireplace, new 75" tv, to the updated kitchen cabinets and bathrooms. There's space to bring the entire crew to enjoy all the lake has to offer! The main floor offers a large bedroom with king bed, bathroom, laundry room, kitchen, dining and , the best part is the great screened in deck to enjoy outdoor living year round. Then, head downstairs and you'll find another living area that is furnished with a twin bed with trundle, 2 more large bedrooms (one is a bunk room that sleeps 6!), and a large updated bathroom. You'll appreciate the outdoor entertaining space as well - it's where you will want to spend most of your time! This home offers an incredible dock with a slip for your PWC, a HUGE swim platform, 4 kayaks and a water mat, and a super cool observation deck with high dive that you will NEVER want to leave! The owner has a boat in the boat slip but you can tie up to the side of the dock. This home is family friendly and in an ideal location toward the back of a cove at the 2.5 mile marker of the Niangua Arm in beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. It is close to the Cave Bar & Grill, Nautifish Rum Bar, Captain Ron's Bar & Grill, and local marinas. You can always book with confidence through Four Seasons Property Management, Lake of the Ozarks!
Please note: The driveway is narrow! There is parking for 2 cars in front of the house. Boat ramp and trailer parking about 4 miles away (small fee to use). The owner has a boat in the slip but you can tie up to the side of the dock. The house is monitored by external cameras.

This house was perfect for our family with a bunch of teenagers. The dock was the highlight in a perfect location and all the toys for outdoor fun. Everything we needed all week was there. House was very clean, beds were comfy, air conditioning was cool. There are lots of steps without rails but this is obvious from the pictures. We would definitely rent this home again for our family. We rented a boat and was delivered and plenty of room to tie to dock. The rental company was so friendly and helpful also.

The house had a cozy cabin atmosphere. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed. The dock was great with the included kayaks and paddle boards.

We absolutely loved our stay! The property is clean and very well maintained. We all had so much fun swimming in the lake from the beautiful deck. This was a great place for our young, active family, but I would take precautions when renting for handicapped or elderly. There are a lot of stairs and no railings inside or outside the house and entering the house is a little difficult with large steps and rocks. Other than that, it’s a beautiful home and we would absolutely stay there again!

This was a great property. The couch and chairs in the living room looked pretty but were uncomfortable. The bed was very comfy.
