Located in Carqueiranne, a lovely small town in the Var nestled between Hyères and Le Pradet, come and discover the village and its market every Thursday, its port, and its many restaurants where you can have lunch in the sun. Relax on the beautiful beaches of Pradon, Pins Penchés, or Peno, explore the coves, the Fort de la Bayarde, and the flower fields. Don't forget to visit little paradises like Le Canebas and Le Cabro. About ten minutes from Hyères, 20 minutes from the Giens Peninsula and the ferry terminal for the Golden Islands. A unique Provençal atmosphere and a mild climate for unforgettable holidays.
Welcome to Villa Flora:
Ideally located between Pradon Beach and Peno Beach (400 meters on foot), secured by a gate and a small gate, this beautiful villa accommodating 6 people consists, on the first level, of a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a veranda and dining room, all opening onto the terrace around the pool (4x9M). Two beautiful double bedrooms with twin beds (90x200 cm) with access to the terrace and pool. A bathroom and a separate toilet. On the second level, a double bedroom with a terrace, private bathroom, and a 160x200 cm bed, and a separate toilet.
Amenities: Air conditioning in the living room, TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, gas barbecue, garden furniture, boules court with wooden terrace... Possibility to park two vehicles within the villa grounds.
Heated pool with extra charge of 100 € per week from mid May till end of October. You need to ask for it 1 week before you arrive.
To be paid on site: Security deposit of €200 (by credit card, not debited), tourist tax (according to the current rate), mandatory end-of-stay cleaning €200.
Possibility to rent bed linen:
