Booking process and proprietor were very easy to deal with. The property is in the perfect location. Parking around the corner for 20/day. Nice flat but on 4th floor, lots of stairs, no lift. The apartment was spotless and well equipped. However, the furniture had a lot of sharp corners which caused a lot of bruises!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment has a lot of character-exposed brick, tall windows, loft style with an open floor plan. It is on the 4th floor and there’s no elevator, so I would recommend packing light. We were able to park in the lot next to the building for 20/day (it’s a small lot but very convenient). The location was terrific! Walkable to shops and some really good restaurants. The beds were really comfortable, and the bathrooms and kitchen were updated. There were a few things that needed attention. The fireplace didn’t work (it wasn’t advertised as having one, but we saw it in the photos and assumed it worked). There are other signs of updates and basic maintenance needed, like the dining room chairs were really worn and looked torn, the couch was showing a lot of wear and tear and sunk inwards, and there were five lightbulbs that had burned out. There also wasn’t any bar soap, but fortunately we had brought some. The instructions for the tv and where the trash and recycling is could be better. But we asked someone else and they showed us where it was. The property manager was really helpful and responsive. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

The apartment is well located and within walking distance to restaurant's, shopping, and main sightseeing attractions! The apartment was clean except for a dirty bathroom vent. There is no grocery store in walking distance, so I would suggest stopping for a few things prior to arrival. There were no clear instructions for check in sent to us prior to arrival & we had to wait outside the building for a code and instructions on how to enter. The apartment is not well maintained, the queen bed & washing machine were broken. There was a broken vase which had been left in the bathroom with broken glass lying around it in the shower area. There were also no clear instructions for check out! Correspondence through the VRBO messaging system was limited. They did provide a telephone number which was a landline as you were not able to text this number! Parking is an additional cost, and there are several paid parking spots in the area! Keep your luggage light as you do need to walk up stairs to the 4th Floor, there is no lift!
