It is perfectly located only 4.9 miles from the Village of Skaneateles for easy trips into town. The cottage has its own 45 feet of private lake frontage featuring an oversized permanent dock and an additional seasonal wooden dock excellent for swimming, fishing, docking and relaxing lakeside. After a full day of water activities, relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the boathouse deck. With the addition of a brand new deck next to the boathouse rooftop, there is plenty of space to spread out and relax in the sun or in the shade. All outdoor furniture is brand new including a Weber grill, Solo Stove bonfire pit, Outer couch and chairs, and Polywood Adirondack chairs and dining table. At dusk, enjoy a bonfire on the dock under the stars while listening to the waves crash right in front of you. Our waterfront provides the ultimate lake life experience.

Inside, the cottage has been completely remodeled while still preserving its vintage charm. The cottage features a brand new, fully stocked kitchen featuring semi custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless steel Bosch appliances, under cabinet lighting, and a small mudroom nook. The kitchen opens up to an open floor plan with the living room and dining room. A new glass sliding door and oversized windows were installed to maximize the stunning, lakefront views. Off of the dining room is a completely remodeled bathroom with a luxurious walk in shower and stackable laundry. The cottage sleeps 4 with one queen bedroom and a sleeping loft with 2 twin beds. It is the ideal place for a couple's getaway or a small family. Please note, during the off season from November-April, guests will not have access to the seasonal dock or to the boathouse couch and chairs.
