Completely renovated and expanded in 2022/2023, the villa comprises 3 bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people in a range of configurations. All new bedrooms and bathrooms combine modern fixtures (including air conditioning in all bedrooms) and fittings with stylish bedding and Cocomat mattresses. There are two bedrooms on the main level, one with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom and the other which can be configured with a king sized bed or 2 singles. It also has a sofa daybed that can be used for an additional guest. Also on the main floor is the new kitchen which includes a Smeg fridge, induction hobs, electric oven, dishwasher and watercooler. The cosy living room has a Samsung Frame TV with access to wifi and streaming services. The main level benefits from a large patio that is equipped with a dining table and seating area - enjoy your morning coffee in the sun and afternoon cards with pre-dinner cocktails in the shade after a fantastic day on the beach.

The master bedroom & its ensuite bathroom are on the top level providing privacy and commanding views of the sea, stars and surrounding islands all the way to Evia. Outside the master bedroom is a large wrap around balcony with a comfortable daybed and armchairs - a great place to kick off the day with a morning yoga session, enjoy a relaxing siesta in the afternoon or a glass of Mastica under the stars.

The pool and entertainment patio include a spectacular 14 m infinity pool, outdoor kitchen equipped with a large Napoleon gas grill, wood oven, sink, fridge and dishwasher, all neatly tucked into marble countertops and an island.
