Vladimir si è prodigato per rendere il nostro soggiorno il migliore possibile.
La parte finale relativa alla fattura con il rimborso poteva essere gestita meglio in quanto le cose sono andate diversamente da come era stato stabilito, ciononostante Vladimir ha dimostrato ancora una volta la sua bravura prendendo spunto per trovare nuovi modi di migliorare la gestione e la comunicazione tra cliente e la struttura amministrativa in Toscana

Tutto bellissimo e pulitissimo, curato nei dettagli, in bagno parete walk-in , rubinetteria gessi, ottimo il tovagliato, tutto impeccabile. Peccato per jl materasso e per l eccessiva fiscalità sull orario del check out. Io mi sn sentita male e ho ritardato 30 minuti, avevo jl tizio delle pulizie dietro la porta, ed in più mi è arrivato pure un messaggio che dovevo lasciare la casa.
La cosa che non mi è assolutamente andata bene è Il materasso , il peggiore che io abbia mai trovato in una struttura. Scomodissimo, appena ci si sdraia in pratica si sprofonda. È paradossale come una struttura du questo calibro , possa avere un materasso pessimo.
