Modern Downtown Loft Walk to Convention Center

For the Area its a very safe place to rent. Its double locked. The Loft studio apartment is beautiful. High ceilings. The bed was comfortable. The host was gracious to leave us snacks, wonderful instructions on the fridge, and was communicating promptly to any questions.

The apartment is so high up in the building that mot having adequate parking and walking everything in was alot of work for the worth. Because there is no parking at the site itself you have to pay additional parking. We spent 20 in parking for 2 nights and had to walk two blocks with a dog and her crate etc. Be prepared to smell weed in the hall ways of the facility the apartment is in and also I was sneezing alot at the loft so my allergies were kin to something. The couch is also the most uncomfortable thing in the world. And if you expect to watch tv at night good luck with were its located.

It is a beautiful property . Located near restaurants and coffee shops and a few minutes from the water . Water pressure was immaculate

I have no complaints about this place

Love the privacy and security of the building. Close to shops, clubs. Full kitchen so I could cook for my family. Washer and dryer inside the apartment. Natural light during the day. Great tv setup so we were able to watch movies when we wanted. Wi-Fi was great was able to get lots of work done. Almost felt like home. The owner was very helpful and nice.

There was nothing not to like about the place

it was close to te place where i was staying transport easly avilabal.

The host kept asking me to pay extra if i wanted to checkin early .so i had to wait for hours to be checked in as i arived 9am in the morning and checkin was 4pm. they never tell you how many stairs you need to climb to get to the apartment the whole place was smelling of smokers den please dont stay there if you are a non smoker.the ferniture in the living room was so unconfertable. nieghbors dog cries all day.
