Roomy, clean place with a full kitchen as well as a washing machine and dryer. The bed was comfortable and the management company was pretty responsive and pleasant to deal with. There's even a fire pit in the back yard, which was a cozy option.
when tenants are in the upstairs unit, the noise is almost unbearable, as you can hear EVERYTHING being right below them. luckily, this last time I stayed there, it was vacant until my last two days there.

Great location and roomier than I expected. A charming older house with street parking that was convenient and easy. The place was clean and cozy, and the property manager was very communicative and pleasant.
The noise level from the unit above this one was quite unbearable as there seemed to be no sound barrier between the floors, and I could even hear them talking. There was noise coming from upstairs all night. I barely got any sleep. Additionally, there were slats missing from the blinds in the bedroom, so I had to cover them with paper towels for privacy.
