Terrasse und Parkplatz wirkte ungepflegt . Könnte mal Unkraut vernichtet werden und der Rasenmäher arbeiten

Es fehlt der letzte Feinschliff

Die Ausstattung und die Raumaufteilung ist schön. Es ist stilvoll. In der Küche ist soweit alles vorhanden, auch wenn ich die Minimalanzahl der Geschirrteile nie nachvollziehen kann.

Es fehlt ein Staubsauger, mit dem man bei einem längeren Aufenthalt schnell Dreck weg machen kann oder auch mal Spinnen beseitigen kann. Die Montagen der Möbel war etwas halbherzig. Somit knarren die Betten und wackeln die Stühle. Ich habe manche Möbel erst fest zusammen geschraubt und den Spiegelschrank ordentlich eingestellt. Im Bad fehlt es an Haken und einem vernünftigen Trockner. Für die Terrasse fehlt ein Sonnenschutz. Der erste Eindruck beim Ankommen in der Einfahrt war nicht so schön, denn das Unkraut hat alles überragt.

Tolle, sehr gut ausgestattete und familienfreundliche Ferienwohnung mitten in der Röbeler Altstadt.

Die Lage war außerordentlich gut. Mitten im alten Ortskern von Röbel in direkter Nähe zu Restaurants, dem Hafen und anderen Einrichtungen. Dank Seitenstraße war es abends sehr still. Sehr familienfreundlich mit Spielsachen und vielen Büchern, Kinderbett und passender Einrichtung.

Das ist jetzt Meckern auf ganz hohem Niveau: Die Betten knarzen bei jeder Bewegung. Davon abgesehen war aber alles perfekt.
