Quiet apartment with terrace
In beautiful nature, only 5 minutes walk from the Müritz is our apartment on the upper floor of a family house. Of course, the apartment has a separate entrance.
The apartment is located on the outskirts of the farming community Röbel.
A beach with sandy beach, lawn and kiosk can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
The small apartment has a cozy kitchen with the possibility to have breakfast here in peace or to prepare smaller meals.
The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need.
Furthermore, there is a bedroom with three single beds (on request, double bed and a single bed) and private TV.
Hallway and a shower room complete the apartment.
Another room is available, equipped with two single beds (on request double bed) and private shower room and a small fridge.
Outside there is a terrace to relax and enjoy.
A barbecue is also available for you.

Für den Preis war die Wohnung okay. Vielleicht müsste mal ein bisschen modernisiert und renoviert werden. Das eine Badezimmer ist schon sehr klein. Und die Türen waren auch sehr eigenwillig. Entweder ließen sie sich schwer schließen ,oder sie fielen zu, wenn man es nicht braucht. Es wirkt alles ein bisschen verzogen.
Ansonsten fühlten wir uns sehr wohl. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wir wurden sehr nett empfangen.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.
Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und freundlich. Es war sehr gemütlich.
Kann man nur empfehlen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich und gepflegt! Da kann man sich wohlfühlen! Weiterhin hat sie eine sehr zentrale Lage! Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett! Sowohl vor Anreise als auch vor Ort!

Die Fotos im Inserat beinhalten nicht die Küche. Vermutlich weil diese wirklich in schlechtem Zustand ist. Die Geräte funktionieren alle, aber die Edelstahlspüle ist verkalkt, rundherum sind Fettflecken an den Wänden, die zu entfernen mit ein wenig Aufwand sicher möglich wäre. Insgesamt ist das Grundstück unaufgeräumt, die Einfahrt zerbröselt, die Treppe vor dem Eingang ist rissig...
Wasserkocher total verkalkt, wir haben ihn mit etwas Essugwasser gereinigt. Eigentlich ganz einfach...
Die Dusche hat ihre Lebenserwartung ebenfalls überschritten. Schwarze Ecken, Kalk, gerissene Fliesen... Wackeliger WC-Deckel. Waschbeckenunterschrank hatte wohl vor langer Zeit einen Wasserschaden. Ein wenig Schrankpapier hätte den unappetitlichen Anblick sicher verbessern können.
Die Lage ist allerdings gut, zum Ufer ist es nicht weit.
Und bei aller Kritik, trotz der warmen Tage wurde das Carport für unsere Pedelecs zur Verfügung gestellt.. Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind sehr schön, die Matratzen gut.
Wir hatten für weniger Geld schon bessere Fewos.
