Home away from Home, would recommend

I stayed here with a my family and a friend and honestly, we had such a great time. The house was exactly as described—super clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a few minutes from the town centre, which made getting around really easy. What really stood out was how smoothly everything went. The host was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. When we arrived and was confused, I gave them a quick call for help with check-in, and the instructions were super simple—just hold the door, enter the code, and we were in! This wasn’t my first time booking a place like this, but this one truly felt like home. Being able to come and go with no hassle made the whole experience even better. The house had everything we needed to feel at home, and we all felt really comfortable and safe throughout our stay. It was such great value for the price, and we even ended up contacting the host to extend our stay by another night. I’d 100% stay here again! WOULD RECOMMEND

Disappointing and would not recommend to anyone else

Where do I start….. location was changed on due date of arrival as someone had broken the bed. The alternative house was what appeared to be student accommodation. Every bedroom was locked (had to ring for all key codes at 9.45pm at night), the carpets were badly marked, the fridge had a part bottle of milk and an empty drinks bottle, the bathroom bin was rusted, the shower silicone was mouldy and the beds were extremely uncomfortable and mattresses very well used. What was totally unacceptable was CCTV within the house. A total surprise was we had a £250 refundable deposit to pay before codes were issued to us. This was way below the standard we were expecting, nothing like the photographs advertised and not the standard we would expect from booking.com.

Total scam

This property is a scam

Looked for extra money before we arrived £84 and Looked for £500 deposit transfer to a bank account. Had to ring different numbers and wanted to pay via booking.com but wasn't allowed. Total scam. We ended up booking another hotel as we did not thrust the setup. I want our money fully return and shouldn't be allowed to advertise on booking.com
