Super zentrale Lage Sehr nettes Personal

Die Küche ist schlecht ausgestattet. Nur 2 Gabeln, keine Brett zum Schneiden, keine Gewürze, … Die Matratze im Bett ist schrecklich. Super weich - sobald man sich darauf setzt / legt, sinkt man tief eine. Mit dem dem Spalt in der Mitte, wollte man konstant hin und her. Ein ordentlicher Topper würde das Problem lösen.

Spitzingsee Urlaub

Die Lage ist gut, nah am See! Die Straße vor der Tür hat uns im Winter nicht gestört. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Ausstattung.

Ein Bettlaken war bei Ankunft dreckig. Zu erst hieß es, es wird sofort getauscht. Dann kam niemand. Dann sollten wir uns selber ein neues Laken besorgen im nächsten Ort, 30 min. mit dem Bus. Auf unsere wiederholte Bitte, dass das Laken getauscht werden muss, kam keine Antwort mehr. Das Preisleistungsverhältniss hat für uns daher überhaupt nicht gestimmt, da wir das eine Bett nicht nutzen wollten/konnten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war nicht gut. Eine Antwort auf unsere Bitte einer Teil Rückerstattung aufgrund des dreckigen Bettes haben wir nicht erhalten. Zudem gab es Probleme mit dem Eingang, auch hier wäre eine bessere Kommission seitens des Vermieters wünschenswert gewesen.
