We can only rate this apartment as a fraud. We paid in two days and when we arrived at the address of the apartment, we found the entrance to the apartment with the name of a company written on it. After sending a request for help to the owner of the apartment, we received a reply that they could not help us. We experienced even greater rudeness from Booking (we also contacted customer service) and until today they haven't answered us anything, not to mention refunding the money?

Lovely flat, swishly modern with a nice view over lake Constanz and not too far from Bregenz centre.

Although only one room it was a good size with lovely large, bright windows looking out on to lake Constanz. Excellent facilities, neat and modern and about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the town centre (or quicker by bus or train??) Very happy with our stay, despite absence of Wifi...

The flat was a little hard to find from the photos provided. We weren't familiar with the street / flat numbering so it took a good 15 minutes to figure it out. A diagram or picture of the street entrance to the steps up to the flat would have helped. The garage, by contrast, was very easy to find. Absence of Wifi was a little inconvenient.

Gute Lage aber....

Gute Lage direkt am See, Wohnung sauber und schön....eigentlich hätte die Wohnung eine bessere Bewertung verdient aber....

....die Terrasse und die Terrassenmöbel sind wirklich dreckig und unordentlich. Dies wird von Gästen schon lange bemängelt aber scheinbar hält man es nicht für nötig Abhilfe zu schaffen. Das Geschirr und die Gläser sind wirklich ein Witz. Es gibt ein Weinglas, ein Bierglas und ein Wasserglas für eine Wohnung für zwei Personen. Das Geschirr ist so alt und schrottig, dass ich mich nicht mal tatuen würde es auf dem Trödelmarkt anzubieten. Man merkt, daß das wohl der Gäste keinen Vorrang hat, sondern man will einfach nur Geld verdienen. Schade....ansonsten eine schöne Wohnung

Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.

Die Lage unmittelbar am See und nur knapp außerhalb von Bregenz ist sehr gut. Mit dem Rad oder auch zu Fuß ist der Hafen und der Bahnhof schnell zu erreichen (in Innenstadt übrigens auch).

Die Matratzen sind sehr weich und eine etwas bessere Ausstattung der Küche (Gläser, Schüsseln usw) wäre noch wünschenswert. Zudem hat man auf dem Balkon zwar Sitzgelegenheiten, aber die Auflagen dazu hätten wir uns gewünscht.

Tolle Lage direkt am See! Sauber, nett eingerichtet und alles hat super gepasst! Es war alles vorhanden.

Die Terrasse könnte etwas liebevoller gestaltet werden.

Un endroit charmant⁸

Sehr ruhiges, geräumiges Appartement, gut ausgestattet (genug Steckdosen!), perfekte Küche, Matratze vielleicht etwas weich, ansonsten perfekt für uns!

Auszuhalten, nächstesmal wo anders hin

Ich hatte Keine Info, dass Straße und Bahn noch zwischen See und Wohnung sind. Keine Kaffeekanne oder dergleichen. Alles billigste Ausstattung. Bis auf die Möbel, da wurde nichts gespart. Seltsam. Keine gescheite Pfanne. Für die paar Tage soviel Geld ausgegeben zu haben reut mich direkt etwas.

Bewertung ist Fantastisch 🙂👍

Erstens das Studio, die Lage fantastisch, nicht weit in die Stadt. Nur Radio oder kleiner Fernseh oder Radio für Regentage, wäre von Vorteil. Aber sonst ganz toll, auch die Ausstattung, echt Super. Für einen kurzen oder längeren Urlaub voll zu Empfehlen.

Wollten für 2.Woche frische Handtücher, wurden leider uns nicht gebracht, trotz Zusage.

Verlängertes Wochenende

Schönes Appartement und über die Straße ist man direkt am See. In 10 min läuft man nach Bregenz. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Die Straße ist phasenweise stark befahren. Aber dafür ist man direkt am See. .

Empfehlenswert, wenn du auf WLAN und Fernseher verzichten kannst, wenn dich Verkehrslärm nicht stört

Guter Ausgangspunkt für alle Aktivitäten: Radweg vor der Haustür, Baden vor der Haustür, zur Seebühne Bregenz 15 Minuten zu Fuß, Wandern zum Hausberg, direkt loslaufen, viele Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fussläufig möglich. Bad und Toilette sind getrennt. Spezialitäten: Beleuchtung im Apartment und Toilette, lass dich positiv überraschen...

Fernseher und WLAN sollten heutzutage Standart sein, dafür hätte man bei der Lichtorgie etwas sparen können. Die Terrasse braucht dringend eine Grundreinigung, dass kann man so keinem Gast zumuten. Wer soll denn auf so einer verdreckten Bank sitzen? Eine Beleidigung fürs Auge! Die Hauptstrasse ist direkt vor der Tür, dazu kommt auch noch die Eisenbahn, es ist extrem laut. Die Fenster bieten aber Schall-und Lichtschutz, Fliegengitter ist kaputt.
