excellent location, unobstructed views, good layout, comfortable beds. Comprehensive room service for reasonable prices is available, easy order and fast delivery. Supermarkets, restaurants etc. nearby.
Equipment in the kitchen was rather poor, no oven, and the dish-washer showed several errors. One bedroom has no air-condition. Not many electric sockets all over the apt, several multipliers had to be bought.

Spacious and well-located, just needs a bit more care
The apartment has a fantastic location and the check-in process was smooth and easy. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. The flat is well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay — from kitchenware to home appliances. There's also an extra "maid's" room with a bunk bed and dedicated bathroom that’s may be perfect for kids or teenagers, which was a nice surprise.
A deep cleaning would definitely improve the overall experience – the apartment was quite dusty (our white socks got dirty quickly just walking around) and the bathrooms had some mold and old soap residue, which made it feel less clean.
