The Space:
Located all the way up on the 41st floor (the top floor), this huge duplex Sky Villa occupies half of the entire floor of the building and has been recently fully renovated to the highest standard and boasts 5 large bedrooms (4 king size and 1 twin room), all with luxury custom made furniture, mesmerizing views and stunning contemporary Bagnodesign bathrooms.
The Sky Villa boasts all the latest technology including super speed 500Mbps Wifi throughout, the latest large Samsung Smart TVs, JBL sound system, and new high end German kitchen appliances.
Guest Access:
The Sky Villa further benefits from Concierge service, two dedicated parking spaces, access to the buildings excellent shared Fitness Centre and Outdoor Pool with Marina Views. One of the parking spaces is a VIP space and is next to the entrance to the building and also to the elevator, meaning swift access all the way to the top floor.

Jumeirah Beach Residence or commonly known with its abbreviation JBR - one of the premium areas of Dubai. There are a lot of exciting go-to places in this area because The Walk, The Beach, and The Bluewaters Island are all located here together. The Walk is a beach-side boulevard that has a line of restaurants, cafes, handicraft shops, boutiques, pop-up markets with food and jewelry stalls. There are street performances and an amazing nightlife as well. The Beach refers to the beach resort itself complete with activities that are available to anyone from beach-side dining and shopping to wakeboarding, parasailing, banana boat rides, and camel rides. There is also a 600-m running track, an outdoor gym, and a volleyball court for those who enjoy jogging alongside the beach and those who want to keep up with their fitness.
