Hintaansa nähden erinomainen siisti, joskin hieman karusti kalustettu huone. Kaksi vuodetta, komero, ruokapöytä ja pari jakkaraa, toimistopöytä. Varustetaso oli parempi kuin monissa usean tähden hotelleissa: teet, kahvit, jääkaappi, mikroaaltouuni, vedenkeitin, kahvinkeitin, TV, lavuaari huoneessa. Komerossa kertakäyttöastiat, jopa sakset. Pinkka lehtiä hyllyssä, laatikollinen kirjoja. Hämmentävän hyvä varustus. Siistit WC- ja suihkutilat. Ilmainen parkkipaikkakin pihalla oli vapaana. Sijainti Kokkolan vanhassa puukaupungissa Suntin rannalla ei todellakaan heikentänyt arvosanaa!
En oikeastaan keksi mitään moitittavaa; hintansa väärtti ja ylikin.
