Erinomainen sijainti Neristanissa, lyhyt kävelymatka torille, keskustaan, rautatieasemalle. Hyvä hinta- laatusuhde. Asunto oli tilava.

Lugn bostad trots att den ligger på gatuplan, ingen störande trafik. Nära till allt, trevlig miljö i gamla staden i Karleby. Uppskattade närheten till natur, även om lägenheten låg väldigt nära centrum.
Lägenheten var lite mörk i min smak, då den ligger på skuggsidan (ingen sol förrän väldigt sent på kvällen), men fungerar naturligtvis alldeles ypperligt som övernattningslägenhet.
