L’emplacement de l’appartement est très bien. Il y a des restaurants, des cafés et quelques boutiques à proximité, ce qui est pratique.
L’appartement est extrêmement chaud.La climatisation n’est pas suffisante pour rafraîchir correctement les pièces, ce qui nous a beaucoup gênés, notamment pour dormir. Il faudrait prévoir une climatisation plus performante. De plus, le canapé-lit est assez inconfortable et le matelas est trop petit par rapport à la taille du couchage, ce qui n’est pas très confortable pour dormir.

Struttura un po vecchia con zanzariere rotte e alcune mancanti e sanitari datati la struttura è molto calda da migliorare con aria condizionata

Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Kontakt. Gute Lage im Osten der Stadt (vieles in Laufnähe). Balkon zwar schmal, aber mit schöner Aussicht. Abgeschlossener Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Waschmaschine vorhanden.
Das Geschirr und die Stoffauflagen mussten erstmal gewaschen werden. Die Matratzen waren zu klein für die Betten. Sehr hellhörig (laute Nachbarn). Dusche war sehr klein und etwas undicht (manchmal war das Wasser braun). Möblierung nicht wirklich funktional (z.B. Kleiderschränke).
