The apartment I got was clean and that’s usually my top concern. The building itself is nice. Apartment is very luminous and modern.
We only had two flat pillows. I requested additional pillows and they confirmed I will get them, days later, nothing. The couch had a weird smell but visibly clean. The neighbourhood is very very very sketchy. I saw so many reviews about it and I thought it can’t be a big deal, but every time I walked there I was so scared. I understand that it’s not the property’s owners mistake but it’s definitely something to consider. I did not feel safe at all. I still can’t justify the price though.

Im Badezimmer war der Abfluss des Waschbeckens verstopft (bereits bei Eintreffen im Quartier), kein Geschirrtuch oder Küchenrolle vorhanden, für den gesamten Aufenthalt von 4 Nächten nur 1 Duschtuch pro Person (zusätzlich wären Handtücher von Vorteil)

Modern clean bright very functional relaxing apartment comfy bed excellent kitchen. Big modern bathroom. Loved the decor and fiurniture. Apartment is close to downtown major streets and a big mall as well as a park with tall trees. Good tv and wifi. High security. No need for keys which can be lost. Easy and fast communication with mgmt. it does have a soothing and zen feel to it …
A block away from the property the feeling of zen is replaced by the noise and the bustle of a big city…

All the information required to get to the place was accurate and given well in advance. Helped since I arrived late and it was pouring with rain
The apartment looks nothing like any of the images. Barely any linen for fouton (not bed), the place was not cleaned well and everything is stained/damaged. The location is not great if you are there alone (a number of homeless souls have taken up residence either outside or close by).
