We had a great stay at this apartment. The location was amazing and perfect for exploring Paris, and the overall vibe of the place was incredible. The view of the Eiffel Tower was definitely one of the highlights, especially at night. The apartment felt cozy, comfortable, and truly gave us the full Parisian experience.
The only small downside was that the bathroom was a bit small, and the “bathspace” tended to splash water everywhere while showering. But honestly, it was nothing major and didn’t affect our overall experience at all.

Excellent location! Super easy booking and access to the apartment. Contact staff was very responsive and available. Made me feel like a Parisian…
2nd floor walk up but good exercise. Bathroom sink was slow to drain but needed only to be cleaned up, which solved the issue.

Le quartier exceptionnel, le volume et la luminosité de l'appartement, un certain charme du lieux.
Manque d'isolation avec l'appartement voisin. Acces par une entrée de service et un escalier étroit et très verticale. La salle de bain petite et vétuste et sale par endroit, notamment siège des WC non fixé, et évacuation d'eau. Ustensiles de cuisines usagés et rouillés (bouilloire, casseroles...). Prises électriques peu rassurantes. Placards et tirroirs cassés. Placards remplis de vieux cartons et sacs plastiques, et appareils électriques hors d'usage.
