Apartment - which is chambre de bonne - is very small but this was expected. Small elevator available which reaches the last floor (under the roof) where the apartment was located. Good bed, but pillows were very flat and not good quality. The bathroom was the best I liked in the apartment. It was clean with washing machine available. The kitchen had basic necessary amenities but the plates very were dirty, I needed to clean a few for my use. I also asked them to change a hairdryer and they brought me a new one which was very pleasant.

There was a terrible smell in the kitchen which I had to suffer for at least couple of weeks before someone came with an air purifier after my numerous attempts to bring up the issue with the host management company and asking to address it, as it wasn't possible to stay in with such smell. Internet wasn't working when I arrived and despite the agent promised to fix it the next day, it wasn't fixed. I had to remind and write them several times before another agent came in several days to bring me an internet box which only worked for 3 days before it got broken as well. Then I had to stay without internet for another few days before another agent brought a new internet box after I called and wrote to them many times to fix the problem. TV wasn't working during the whole time of my stay. But I need to give them a credit for refunding me for the days without internet and TV. The sofa on the photo during booking did not correspond to a canape in reality, which was absolutely uncomfortable and hardly usable. There was no single small face towel, only two big towels, and when I asked them to provide me with a small towel, they said that they don't provide with small towels, which I find ridiculous. The isolation is also very bad as I could hear the neighbors and every early morning there was a very strange noise (like some machine was working with very loud hits), even on weekends. There is no closet to put things, only some rack and a hanger (non-fixed), which was absolutely uncomfortable as I was staying for 1.5 months and I couldn't even out lay all my things out, and most of them had to be kept in the luggage. Cleaning facilities, especially the hoover, were terribly dirty, it wasn't even possible to use hoover due to its dirtiness.
