It’s actually managed by a real estate agent which isn’t noted anywhere obvious in the ad. So they demand a photo id for booking which I find intrusive. I’ve used booking.com so they can see who I am. and I saw the message too late to rebook, that’s not sent asap) then it’s a bloody hassle to get the keys - you need to pick them up at their shop. And the messages! You need to actually reply you have red the message about keys. It’s exhausting. And then, you need to leave the keys at the unit but you can’t get out without the keys! Unit was a bit tired and noisy, lights outside the door in the hall didn’t work so didn’t feel a good value. I’ve stayed in better for that price so I’d not go back.
