Broadbeach Central Apt 601

Good location comfortable for 1 person

I would like to make the following what I believe are “ constructive comments for both the “ OWNERS “ and the Managers of this apartment “ COUPERS real estate estate “ I am a solo aged Male traveller “ stuck “ in Broadbeach due to a flight glitch. I booked the studio 10th and 11th June, 2025. And make the following observations:- 1. The apartment was perfect for me, in a great location and a reasonable price. 2. Bed and facilities were good and it’s in a great location. 3. The “ girls “ at COUPERS real estate were excellent and assisted me with an earlier check in and a later checkout.👍👍👍 4. If I was the OWNER I would be very concerned about “ who, and how often it was properly cleaned “. Just little things really like GRUBBY dirt beside the fridge and bathroom floor😖 5. I LIKE CLEAN. I found a VERY GOOD VAX cleaner in the cupboard, I AM VERY FAMILIAR with the workings of these cleaners, they are excellent but need regular cleaning and emptying of the canister. I DONT THINK it hade ever been emptied, it was SHOCKING. I subsequently cleaned it well and searched and found a charger, and charged it. ( maybe some extra instructions would be helpful). These devices need a clean with high air pressure on a regular basis. I cleaned the carpet ounce charged👍 6. I also cleaned this My stay was very good and I would stay again but if I was the owner I would not be happy on how it was monitored and the general cleanliness of the property. I place this review to be constructive and for the benefit of the owners. David

Amazing location, within walking distance of public transport and the mall/eateries. Couldn’t hear any noise from the main road when the doors were closed.

I understand it’s seperate from the hotel, but the hotel staff were quite rude and unhelpful when they realised we weren’t staying directly with them.

The pool and outdoor area was great

Studio room ok and price reasonable for time of year visiting.

Location is great!

A lot of random people been smoking something, felt unsafe, had people staying above us for one night clearly on drugs!! Smashing things, throwing things, fighting and throwing items from the balcony. Was very average.
