- maison fonctionnelle bien équipée - jardin fabuleux, au coeur de Maiori c’est probablement rare - propriétaire (particulier) réactif, serviable et très sympathique
- les poubelles non vidées lors de notre arrivée - l’absence de ménage sur un séjour de 5 jours - 2 jours sans eau chaude (en pleine période fériée, pas de chance) - le lave-linge (visiblement peu utilisé et nettoyé) avec une très forte odeur de moisi qui a imprégné notre linge - le rapport qualité / prix au final insuffisant (environ 350€/nuit)
