Struttura, davvero spaziosa, caratteristica, luminosa, posizione eccellente, posto auto nello stesso a pochi passi dal portone( anche se quello va pagato a parte) ma posso dire con grande entusiasmo, che il soggiorno é stato favoloso nel mio caso abbiamo passato la vigilia di capodanno, in totale tre coppie, ovvero eravamo sei persone, ma siamo stati comunque coccolati da questa stupenda casa. HOST DISPONIBILISSIMO, CHE GA SODDISFATTO OGNUNA DELLE NOSTRE RICHIESTE ED MOLTO DI PIÙ. CI RITORNEREMO.

I loved the location of the apartment. It was very clean and comfortable. I like that it had a washer and dryer so that we could refresh our luggage before our next location. The balconys were a great luxury and we enjoyed the seaview every morning.
Some things that I would have like to see is basic condiments ie..salt, pepper, sugar, coffee. The apartment was more for a single family and not necessarily for more than one couple.

The apartment is in a great location and as the photos show you have a nice view of the ocean.
We had a really unpleasant experience with checking in and contacting the hosts. We did not receive any information regarding how to access the apartment and when this info was requested via the booking.com messenger we had no response. You collect the keys from Hotel Panorama which is about a 7 min walk from the apartment. It was frustrating because we had walked past there with all our luggage from the ferry port to go to the address of the apartment and then had to work out via WhatsApp what steps were required. Due to the lack of communication and inconvenience we did get breakfast provided.
There is no shower curtain in the main bathroom.
The front shower doesn’t drain properly and fills up with water.
We were contacted by the host that someone was coming by to empty the air con water, however that person just told us to empty it in the bathroom. It was a really heavy bucket of water.
Again with a hotel hosting the apartment I would expect staff to be managing these processes much better.
There were no main area bins provided and we were advised to leave bags of rubbish in the apartment. This didn’t seem right.
Maiori is a beautiful town and we cannot wait to visit again but we would look for alternate accommodation because this one really didn’t make for a pleasant experience.
