Lokalizacja obiektu rewelacyjna - tuż przy promenadzie z widokiem na morze! Widok za milion dolarów. Doskonały kontakt z właścicielką. Mieszkanie jest bardzo duże - 3 pokoje, przestronna łazienka. Pachnąca pościel, bardzo czysto. Stosunek ceny do jakości - znakomity. W okolicy mnóstwo punktów gastronomicznych.
Widać, że apartament nie jest najnowszy. Część wyposażenia nosi ślady użytkowania. Dość ubogo wyposażona kuchnia. W sezonie może być problem ze znalezieniem miejsca do parkowania.

Самое первое это проблема с парковой. Мы потратили 30 минут и нам еще очень повезло. Считаю что припарковаться там невозможно. Квартира очень пустая, нет кружек, чайника, посуды для приготовления пищи. Не рассчитывайте здесь готовить.
