Very clean and modern. Everything you needed was there. There were treats available for dogs,
Nothing to dislike

We stay away 40 weeks at least of the year , been in Kirkby working now 5 weeks got another 4-5 wks to go but would have no hesitation in booking this again if available. One of the best we have stayed in , in the last 12 months excellent
Parking with the big pick up truck parking before we finish couldn’t park at the side but not a big problem

Very clean and comfortable. Excellent location for both Kirkby Stephen town centre and surrounding countryside.
Ventilation fan in on-suite bathroom runs for far too long after the light is switched off, particularly annoying at night. Window in one bedroom wouldn’t open and it was very hot at night.

Facilities were excellent, super location!
I’m afraid the lounge seating was a bit lacking, it was rather uncomfortable/small and not enough if there had been 4 adults staying. Also the garden was in a poor state, but I’m assuming that will be worked on as the season progresses……
