Very convenient with a interior balcony at second floor. Room is soacious there is filtered water available. Staff and owner is super helpful.
The AC will likely keep you up, as it is extremely i mean extremely loud. However most of the days I was dead tired so just pass out to the noise. Its just a thing wall AC has to deal with.

Good location within Leblon close to cafes and shopping, 3 blocks from beach. Good views. Security. Formal residential building with dress codes. Washing machine worked. Comfortable bed.
Needs some repairs, air conditioning units falling apart, Curtains hanging off. Noisy from traffic at night below, and from nearby building works during the day and bars at the weekend - need windows open to keep cool. When you leave you realise how noisy it was. Second toilet broken. Hosts not responsive & wasn’t possible to add to booking. Bed & Bathroom quite small for the money.
