Schönes geräumiges und gut aufgeteiltes 72 qm Appartement Richtung Süden / Berge, genau wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist nicht zu toppen, wenn man keinen Mietwagen gebucht hat. Busbahnhof und größerer Einkaufsmarkt 400m, Strand mit Park und Promenade 150 m, kleinerer Lebensmittelmarkt im Gebäude, Hafen 1 km, Mietwagenverleih direkt gegenüber 55 € ein Tag ohne SB, beheizter 25 m Pool ( drei andere Pools nicht beheizt und damit zu kalt, in 6 Wochen kein Gast darin) Super Infoblatt und sofortige Reaktion per WhatsApp bei Wünschen

Klagen auf sehr hohem Niveau. Nur ein Transponder für Nutzung von Poolanlage, kann auch nur damit verlassen werden. Dumm da keine Toilette vorhanden. Gläser, Besteck ein Sammelsurium und nicht vollzählig, Messer stumpf. Haben selbst aufgerüstet. Direkt gegenüber Haltestelle von Reisebussen am Hotel Alua, die auch früh am morgen mit laufendem Motor warteten

very nice, spacious room. It was very clean and comfortable. I especially liked the location of the apartments, as it is very close to the ocean, and there are many cafes and shops nearby. Everything in the room worked perfectly, we were surprised by the large amount of equipment that was present. The pools were also incredible. I hope we will come back here again

The customer service was excellent – the staff were very friendly, always responded quickly and provided clear, helpful instructions for everything we needed. The location is outstanding: several shops and restaurants are located right in the same building, which was super convenient. Playa Jardín, a beautiful beach, is just a short walk away. Although it was closed for swimming during our visit, it was still a lovely place to walk and relax. The pool area was amazing – a truly great complex! One of the large pools was heated, and the water temperature was actually perfect and very pleasant for swimming. We also loved the rooftop – it offered stunning views. On a clear day, we could see the Teide volcano from our balcony. Another big plus was having a private parking spot in a secure underground garage. The apartment itself was beautiful, very clean, modern, and in excellent condition. We’d absolutely recommend this place and would love to return!
