Lage ist super. Total zentral.

Besteck und Küche waren nicht sehr sauber, sodass eine Grundreinigung hatte erfolgen sollen.

Pros: Excellent location: close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Spacious apartment with modern furniture and a convenient layout. Balcony with a nice view, perfect for evening relaxation. Air conditioning in every room, which was very important during the hot summer days. The building had a pool, gym, and spa, which added extra comfort to our stay. Well-equipped kitchen with a wide variety of utensils. Shower filter, which made the water much better for skin and hair. High-quality mattress, ensuring comfortable sleep. Good blackout curtains, allowing proper rest. Large set of bed linen and towels provided in the apartment. Big refrigerator, very convenient for long stays. Fast and stable internet connection. Practical and comfortable bathroom.

Cons (the landlord promised to fix these issues): Some frying pans were deformed from previous guests and need replacement. A broom, dustpan, and cleaning cloths were missing. The mop should be replaced with a new/better one for easier floor cleaning. The kettle had a broken automatic shut-off function and kept boiling without turning off. Additional Note: At first, we were asked to pay separately for water and electricity, but since this was not mentioned on Booking.com, we clarified the issue and everything was resolved smoothly.
