Location was excellent, close to Vatican City. It was a quiet neighborhood and the instructions for entry were excellent as well. Spacious with three bathrooms and kitchen. Good job!
Not the property itself, but the way towards it at the end is a little steep, just minor consideration for older people. Also ground floor smells like ground floor.

Hemos disfrutado mucho de nuestra estancia. El alojamiento estaba muy limpio, bien cuidado y contaba con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días cómodamente. La ubicación es muy buena, con fácil acceso al transporte público y bien comunicada para desplazarse por Roma y visitar los principales puntos de interés de la ciudad. Además, la anfitriona fue muy amable y atenta en todo momento, facilitando tanto el check-in como nuestra estancia. Sin duda, recomendamos este alojamiento y volveríamos a alojarnos aquí en una futura visita a Roma.

Posizione comoda per arrivare a piedi a San Pietro/Vaticano e alla fermata bus/treno. Buona dotazione di accessori in cucina e bagno.
Occorre una manutenzione all'appartamento. Sono da controllare fogna e scarichi. Materasso e cuscini da sostituire.
