I have decided to make a 1 week vacation on a very short notice, and planned to see Rome and stay few day near sea. However, I enjoyed so much stay in Stefano's apartment (and in Ostia in general) so that I spent the whole time there :) The location of the flat is perfect, I really cannot say anything else except that it is 100% clean. I am travelling with booking for years, and this is first time I saw in the apartment first aid kit and got those little slippers packed in bag together with towels (got it in few of the hotels several times). I find those small things actually very nice and shows a care for the guests. To me, the apartment actually looks bigger than in pictures! It is fully furnished, kitchen of course and everything - also all clean and in place. The location is perfect, Ostia - as I see it - has several little central squares and this flat is maybe 20 m away from one of those. It is very, very close to the sea and the entrance to the beaches was free - for services, if you want, you can pay rent.
I come to Italy once in a year or two, was in both hotel and private accomodations. So far, this was the best. Can recommend it 100%! Plus...the host is really a nice and friendly person! I hope in the future I will be making again here some small vacation to get away from the stressy work :)
