The property is in walking distance from most sites. It was nice and clean. Mustafa was very friendly and helpful. Very responsive as well.

The property was great. The room was a little tight for three people but we made it work.

It’s clean on the first day. It’s in a good location in terms of near the centre.

Triple room is cramped. Barely any walking space at the bottom end of the bed. Bathroom has no extractor fan or window. No lift so have to carry heavy suitcases up very narrow stairs. No reception staff in the hotel overnight. Water, coffee and tea were not replenished. Stayed 2 nights and the rooms weren’t cleaned. Towels not replaced. The Staff in comparison to other hotel staff in Istanbul were not very friendly. The stairs outside the building are a pain if you have multiple suitcases to carry too. The rooms are claustrophobic when you look out of the window it’s bricked up like a prison.
