Incredible, 10/10, the perfect option for a couple, quiet!

The room was beautiful and the staff were so incredible. They made my birthday extremely special and were so helpful with all requests including transport and tours as needed. The shuttle into Sanur was so helpful and saved us so much hassle, and the breakfast was incredible. I would love to have the opportunity to stay here again

There was a very naughty rooster next door who had a thing for early mornings! But it was so comfortable it was easy to get right back to sleep

The resort is a pleasant IG friendly place and priced just right.

The resort is as picturesque as the photos. It was easy to get to and the staff were quite helpful and friendly.

The loft did not get enough air conditioning making sleep a bit uncomfortable. The location is also too near the main road where I can hear bikes, cars, and all sorts of vehicles pass by at night. I was also surprised that not all the villas fronted the pool similar to what we got for our stay.

Disappointing. Strange location and uniterested staff.

The cabins were big and well maintained

The bathroom smelled of mould and towels were grey and stinky. Staff told me there wasn’t room for my complimentary massage with booking until 8pm. Asked for breakfast in the seating area but it was delivered to my room early while I was packing. I unfortunately also got an upset stomach from the fried rice and was unwell for my flight home. I had been in Bali a week without getting sick. No spa menu and food menu were provided or accessible online. Staff were cleaning my doorstep at 6am, waking me up. Location is strange, right off a highway in an industrial area. Pool is awkward, as you are essentially floating looking into a strangers bedroom. Out of shot the cabins are surrounded by a grey brick wall.

Pool access from the room and floating breakfast. Would like to mention eddi for his good service and Rina for the awesome massage.

No shuttle service at times, communication was not that great. We missed laundry service and entry massage because of that.

Gem of a hotel.

The whole setup of the individual huts separated by swimming pool passages. Tasteful fresh fruit juices served.

Floating breakfast.. so beautiful! Bungalows are clean and nice most of them with a bed on the top floor. Pool is very clean and nice although you get a bit conscious of using it as it goes along other rooms (might be just me) if you want the rooms along the pool you need to specify on your booking. They also offer free drop off many times a day to the centre. Very polite and kind staff.

Exceeded our expectations.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Putri and Edi were lovely. The room was clean and stepping out of the room straight into the pool was a treat. We only stayed one night before heading to airport and it was great for our needs. Only 20 minutes to the airport and our transfer was arranged for us. Comfortable bed and excellent shower.

Relaxing place in Sanur away from the big hustle.

Private bungalow with direct pool access . Very service oriented staff. Good breakfast served at the bungalow or at the central place Spa in the facility provide very good massage. Real value for money. They arrange transport to fast ferries or airport Good place to transfer to other places like airports or the Nusa Islands nearby

In the bungalow they should put a bit more glasses to have a drink from the free mineral water tap. But if you ask they bring it in 2 minutes ….

Passable

Once you enter the gate and the reception area, the walk between the villas is quite nice and looks lovely from outside. The spa area seemed nice but we didnt use it. The staff was extremely helpful and did their best to help us and make up for the atrocious cleanliness issues we had to put up with (stained sofas and plumbing problems)

There were cobwebs and stained sofas and cushions in our first villa (8). The bathroom's tap was broken and the stairs leading up to the single bed were a sliding ladder which we didn't feel safe using. They agreed to upgrade to one of the pool villas (11) us the next morning, but the new villa also had issues-- the sofa was once again so stained we had to have it removed from the room. The water in the shower area would flood the whole bathroom and there was some sort of plumbing issue as the water took forever to drain after a shower. From the pictures it seemed like the whole place had villas opening out into the pool, but this wasnt the case.

Great short stay.

The staff could not do enough to ensure you were happy and comfortable. They all took time to make sure you had everything you needed. While I was there Abian Klumpu were celebrating their 1st Anniversary with a ceremony, all the staff were dressed in traditional clothing and they looked so beautiful. They asked all their guests to join in and made everyone feel so welcomed. The rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped, much bigger than I expected. The bathroom was also very clean with good towels and plenty of toiletries. Breakfast was lovely and fresh and got the day off to a great staff. The daily shuttle into the main area of Sanur was a big bonus. I used this accommodation for 2 nights as a transition from the airport to the Sanur port before going to some of the islands. It was perfect.

You need transport to go to most places of interest but there are plenty of transport options available and the staff are more than happy to help you book / find suitable options.

Breakfast was really nice, freshly cooked to order. You had choice of getting room service , floating breakfast in pool or visit restaurant. Everything was really nice and clean. Rooms are beautiful and the beds are really comfortable Free shuttle transport available is great. Spa is lovely, getting spoiled. Pool is lovely and clean.

I enjoyed this place!

I love the room I had, the size was good, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Having AC and a filtered water dispenser of hot and cold water was really nice. The staff were all very hospitable, friendly and helpful! Loved the pool and floating breakfast. Hendra and Asti were very sweet and made my stay even more lovely.

My only complaint is the noise from the road. It's kind of a bummer it's so close to the resort. I have overly sensitive hearing than most people so it may not bother others. I am used to sleeping with earplugs and that made all the difference.

Great value for money

Staff - amazing, friendly , helpful and free shuttle to sanur was fantastic , can’t fault them. Breakfast was great, the French toast yum Swim up pool to rooms was special, great memories and fantastic accommodation.

Unfortunately, we wish we had no negatives but the noise from the road made it very hard to sleep. When I say road noise… wowza scooters and cars going all night and it’s very loud like your on an f1 race track all night (sorry) it can’t be helped and the hotel is special and fantastic but it’s a bit far from the beach and quite noisey, but good value for money.

The pool is amazing, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Villas are just like the pictures, clean and well maintained. Breakfasts were very yummy, and they even do an optional floating breakfast in the pool.

It is located on a main road, so not safe to walk anywhere from your accomodation. However, the accomodation provide a free shuttle into Sanur every 3 hours, and catching a bluebird taxi back was easy. No dinner provided at the accomodation, but there is a Vietnamese restaurant next door that has amazing food.

Delightful!

The hosts here are delightful! They truely go above and beyond for all their guests and are so friendly. A welcome foot massage on arrival and juice was amazing and also they went into the effort to do a floating breakfast for my husband and I! The room was also lovely and has Prime Video and Netflix. The pool was lovely and clean and so cool being next to the villas. Highly recommend staying here :)

Great rooms with pool access. Floating breakfast was amazing. All the staff were very friendly and super helpful.

The pool…omg😍

The pool was incredible being able to step straight out into the water from the door. The cabin was stunning, bathroom was lovely.

Although we loved the villas, they all had a really high window which couldn’t be closed to light for allowing a sleep in. The massages onsite were amazing

Beautiful spot

We’ve come to Bali for the first time from NZ and our first spot was Abian Klumpu. The property was absolutely beautiful and exactly like the photos. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were taken well care of by Edi and Merta. Thank you all so much we loved every second.

Looks just like the pictures! Very atmospheric, beautiful villas, calm and peaceful. Everything was clean. The staff is very kind and helpful, really nice people. Tasty breakfast.

PEARL OF SANUR UBUD

This resort was by far the highlight of our holiday in Bali. The members of staff were helpful and understanding to our needs regarding restaurant recommendations and giving directions to the top tourist areas to visit and how to get there. The morning breakfast service was lovely and had a selection of sweet and savoury foods to indulge in, as well as fresh fruits and juices. The room that we had stayed in was clean and well kept at all times. I would come back to the resort Abian klumpu in my future endeavors to bali, as it made my 20 day holiday with my wife extra special. I would highly recommend it and, in my humble opinion, I would give it 11/10. We received first-class service from the moment I arrived at the resort until the moment I left. The prime location of the hotel is a big plus. The facilities were top-notch, and the view from my room was simply stunning. We would like to give a special thanks to the resident Manager Asti for making this vacation unforgetable with her warm welcoming gesture and positive energyi she bring along with her.And a speciel thanks to Asti again for giving my wife the oppurtunitt to wear thetraditional balineese ceremonial clothes with my and taking some great pictures.We wiænever gorget that .I will not for resident manager Asti who made my wife so so happy. A last thank to Ayuthimy and Putri for always smiling and making everybody happy.True professional employers

Beautiful staff and villa

Our villa was absolutely beautiful and a good size with amazing facilities. The staff were all very helpful (free drop offs to Sanur town centre and airport transfer). The breakfast included in the booking was also very generous. Absolutely loved our time at Abian Klumpu!

It’s a bit far from the main Sanur town centre, but the accommodation does offer free drop offs to the main town so can’t complain!
