From the moment you arrive the hosts do everything they can to make your day comfortable and easier. They help you with luggage, welcome drink, free juice, coffee and water all day, and there is an absolutely fabulous breakfast included (I’m talking eggs Benedict, breakfast burrito, pancakes, Indonesian breakfast, baked beans on toast etc.). Also, the spa there has next level massages. We got one with the free 15 minute foot massage and it was one of the most relaxing massages we’ve ever had. The place is also really beautiful.
Randomly the door bells for all the villas starting ringing at 5:30AM in the morning, so there were a lot of sleepy people at their doors at the early hours not sure what’s happening, I assume a one off technical glitch. I’d still highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again.

The staff were very friendly and the villa was very comfortable
The location on a very major busy road, you could hear the traffic very loud in the villa trying to sleep. You also had traffic noise while having a massage

I had an incredible complimentary massage from Dayu. Best massage of my life!
It was also my birthday. I didn't tell the staff but they surprised me with birthday pancakes and decorated my room :)

The look
The slippery base of the pool and big step to get out .
The small balony with only one lounge chair
The language barrier even via WhatsApp
