Amber Jack is a recently renovated four-bedroom, three-bath private home vacation destination with heated swimming pool and spa, located in a quiet neighborhood at the northern end of the island. This two-level home has a bonus area on the lower level with its own kitchen, two bedrooms, living area and bathroom, making it perfect for a large family or group of friends to all be in the same location, yet each having their own privacy. The upper level has two bedrooms and two baths. This amazing vacation destination is less than a 2-minute walk to Estero Boulevard and 7 miles of white sugar sand beach. There is a wide choice of restaurants and night life within walking or biking distance, including the new Margaritaville Resort. Many water activities are available, such as parasailing, jet ski rentals and fishing charters. Amenities include complimentary WiFi, ceiling fans, air conditioning, private laundry and all towels and linens are provided. The fenced in back yard has a large pavered deck around the heated pool with spa that flows over into the pool. There are lounge chairs, a covered area with tables, chairs and a gas grill. There is also a convenient outdoor shower on the lower level.

On arrival there is ample off-street parking, including two covered spaces. Entry to the larger upper level is via stairs to the front door, with entry into the open plan kitchen, dining and living areas. There is beautiful wood flooring throughout. Decor is beachy/nautical. The large kitchen has plenty of quartz counter tops and cabinets stocked with all the necessary items to prepare full-course meals if so desired. Just bring the food! There is a European style stainless-steel sink with disposal. Appliances are all stainless-steel and include a 4-burner glasstop range with self-cleaning oven, built-in above-range microwave oven, dishwasher and side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with freezer with ice and water dispenser in the freezer door. The large quartz-top island has cabinets and drawers on the kitchen side and four upholstered high-boy bar stools on the living area side. The adjacent dining area has a table seating four, which flows nicely into the living area with a queen-size sleeper-sofa, love seat, accent tables and lamps on an area rug, as well as an upholstered side chair. Opposite the seating area is a credenza, above which is a large wall-mounted flat screen smart TV. Sliding glass doors from the dining and living areas provide access to a bonus game room with ping-pong table overlooking the front of the home, an L-shaped sofa with queen-size sleeper-sofa on one side, coffee table and an upholstered chair.

The master bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, night stands and lamps, ample closet space, and a double dresser above with wall-mounted flat screen smart TV above. The bathroom has a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and a combination tub/shower with sliding glass doors. The guest bedroom on this level has two single beds, night stand and lamp, ample closet space and a wall-mounted flat screen smart TV. The adjacent guest bathroom has a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, wall mirror, commode and a combination tub/shower with sliding glass doors.

The lower level has its own entrance and contains the laundry area with full size washer and dryer. The kitchen has quartz countertops, cabinets with all the essentials for cooking, a European style stainless-steel sink with disposal, and stainless-steel appliances that include a 5-burner glasstop range with convection and self-cleaning oven, built-in above-range microwave oven, dishwasher and a double door refrigerator with pull-out freezer drawer, with ice-maker in the freezer drawer, as well as a water and ice dispenser in the refrigerator door. The adjacent bathroom has a vanity with lavatory, commode and walk-in shower with sliding glass doors. Adjacent to this is the living area with an L-shaped sofa with queen-size sleeper-sofa, end tables and lamps on an area rug. Opposite this is a credenza with large wall-mounted flat screen smart TV above. There is an eating area with three bar stools. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, night stand and lamp, and a double dresser with wall-mounted flat screen smart TV above. The second bedroom has two single beds with storage drawers beneath, a night stand and lamp and a large wall-mounted flat screen smart TV.
